What can I expect during a session?

Each session takes place in a calm, softly lit space with comfortable recliners and gentle ambient sound.

Most guests choose to:
• rest or nap
• meditate
• journal

You may feel subtle shifts, deep relaxation, or simply peaceful rest.
There is no right or wrong way to experience the EESystem — your body receives what it needs.

What should I bring?

For standard sessions:
• comfortable clothing
• optional blanket or pillow
• water or tea
• a journal, if you enjoy reflection

For overnight sessions:
• pillow and blanket
• comfortable sleepwear
• any personal nighttime items

Our space is designed to feel cozy, calm, and supportive.

Do I need to be a member?

Yes. The Montana Rejuvenation Station operates as a Private Membership Association (PMA).
Membership simply requires:
• a one-time agreement, signed during your first visit

This structure protects your privacy and allows us to provide this space in alignment with our principles.

Your membership is included with your first session.

How many sessions will I need?

There is no required number of sessions.

Some people notice subtle shifts after one visit.
Others choose to come regularly for ongoing support and deep restoration.

Many members start with:
• 3–6 sessions closer together
Then move into a rhythm that fits their life.

You are always in control of your pace.

Is the EESystem safe?

The EESystem is a non-invasive, non-contact wellness technology designed to support deep rest and energetic balance.

It does not involve electricity passing through your body or physical manipulation.

We do not provide medical services, and we encourage those with medical concerns to consult their healthcare provider before visiting.

Can children attend sessions?

Absolutely. Children are always welcome at The Montana Rejuvenation Station.

We simply ask that families honor the quiet, peaceful atmosphere of the space so that all guests can fully relax and receive. For younger children, we recommend bringing comfort items, quiet activities, or anything that helps them settle into the stillness.

If you have questions about bringing a child to their first session, we’re always happy to help guide you.

Can I book private or group sessions?

Yes. In addition to standard sessions, we offer:
• semi-private visits
• small group sessions
• overnight group experiences

If you have a group in mind, simply reach out — we’re happy to accommodate.

Do you offer gift sessions or transferable packages?

Yes. Many session packages can be shared or transferred to loved ones.

Certain partner or founder packages may have special terms — please contact us for details.

What happens after my presale hours are used?

Once presale hours are complete, you can continue with:
• standard session bookings
• monthly membership programs
• special events and overnight offerings

There will be options for both occasional visitors and regular members.

Is there anything I should avoid before or after a session?

There’s nothing restrictive, but many guests find it helpful to:
• drink plenty of water
• rest after their visit when possible
• avoid overstimulation immediately after

Your body processes energy uniquely — all responses are welcome and normal.

Do I need to detox?

Yes. Detox is part of the TMRS protocol and supports your body after your session.

We ask members to take their detox baths after their EESystem session, at home.
This allows your body to gently process and clear what it released during the field experience.

What if I can’t take a bath?

If you’re unable to take a bath due to mobility, health, or personal reasons, we offer a 30-minute waterless foot detox at The Montana Rejuvenation Station as an alternative.

This option is:
• clean
• non-invasive
• accessible
• and easy to add on after your session
