EESystem After-Care: Detox Bath
After an EESystem session, the body often begins a natural process of release as it re-balances and integrates the session. This response is part of how the body adapts and processes the energetic environment created during your session.
Completing some form of detox is an essential part of the after-care protocol. This step supports the body during post-session release and helps reduce the likelihood of post-session discomfort.
Why Detox After an EESystem Session Matters
The detox bath does not force detox. Instead, it creates a mineral-rich environment that supports the body’s natural pathways of elimination, allowing the body to move through post-session release more comfortably.
Skipping detox after a session may increase the likelihood of temporary discomfort as the body continues this process on its own.
At-Home Detox Bath Recipe
Add the following to a bathtub filled with comfortably warm to hot water:
2 cups sea salt (not Epsom salt)
2 cups baking soda
1 cup borax (a naturally occurring mineral)
Soak for 20–30 minutes.
After soaking:
Rinse briefly
Hydrate well
Rest afterward when possible
Alternative Detox Options
If you do not have access to a bathtub, a foot detox bath can be done at home using the same mineral recipe in a basin of warm or hot water.
Waterless foot detoxes are also available at The Montana Rejuvenation Station.
Completing one of these detox options is essential after your EESystem session.
