Do I need to be a member?
Yes ā we operate as a Private Membership Association (PMA). Services and presale packages are available to members only.
Youāll sign a simple membership agreement when you arrive for your first appointment ā itās quick, easy, and included in your purchase.
What is a Private Membership Association?A PMA is a private, member-supported community focused on education and wellness.
We are not a medical facility and do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Sessions are for relaxation and general wellness; please consult your licensed healthcare provider for medical advice.
Members must be 18+ or have a parent/guardian enroll a minor member.
When can I use my hours?
As soon as construction is complete and we open our doors! Youāll receive an early-access booking email when scheduling begins.
Do hours expire?Bronze / Silver / Gold / Platinum: No ā your hours never expire.
Foundersā Circle: This membership is lifetime for one named individual (no āhoursā). Guest passes are issued annually and do not roll over; unused passes reset each year.
Can I share hours?
Bronze / Silver / Gold / Platinum: Yes ā hours are transferable. You may share them with family or friends.
Foundersā Circle: Lifetime access is for one named individual (non-transferable), but it includes 10 guest passes per year for friends or family.
How do I schedule?
Our booking calendar will go live before opening. Founding Members receive priority booking for early access to sessions.
What is the session length?
Standard sessions are 2 hours. Overnight shared sessions are approximately 10 hours.
What are the session prices once you open?
Standard Session: $120 for 2 hours ($60/hour)
Overnight Session (shared room): $225 per person

Itās our VIP lifetime membership for one named individual. It includes unlimited standard sessions and 10 guest passes per year to share the experience with friends or family.
How do guest passes work?
Each pass covers one 2-hour standard session for a guest. Passes are issued annually, begin on your opening-month anniversary, and do not roll over.
Overnights are not included in guest passes but can be booked separately at the standard overnight rate.
Is the Foundersā Circle transferable?
The membership itself is non-transferable after purchase. However, your annual guest passes may be used by anyone you choose.

Accessibility & comfort
Our space is designed to be calm, quiet, and deeply comfortable.
We offer a mix of reclining chairs and cozy lift recliners. For overnight guests, we recommend bringing your own bedding for added comfort.
